Greetings Pratikkumar,
Thanks for bringing another great question to
planDisney! I'm always happy to assist a fellow Ontarian with a question about
Walt Disney World Resort. I'm so glad you've taken advantage of the
Canadian Resident Ticket Offer, it's a great way to save! My family has Canadian Resident tickets linked to our
My Disney Experience accounts for our upcoming trip - let's take a look at how to activate the tickets.
Once you've linked your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you’ll find them under “My Tickets and Passes.” If your tickets appear yellow, that means they still need to be activated before you can enter a theme park. For Canadian Resident tickets, activation is easy - just show proof of Canadian residency at any theme park ticket window, Guest Relations, or the Disney Ticket Center at
Disney Springs. In the past, I've had success showing a clear photo of my passport as proof of Canadian residence.
When my family arrives at Walt Disney World the day before our first park day, we like to stop by Disney Springs to take care of activation. That way, when the sun rises and the magic begins, we can head straight into the park - no extra stops needed! It’s a quick and stress-free way to start the fun. Once the tickets are activated, you are good to go!
While you're visiting Disney World, be sure to explore
EPCOT's International Flower & Garden Festival, there is much to enjoy. My favourite parts are looking at the incredible topiaries of beloved Disney Characters, listening to the artists perform at the
Garden Rocks Concert Series or tasting delicious dishes from the outdoor kitchens.
I hope this information helps with your planning, Pratikkumar. Wishing you a wonderful stay at
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort! If you think of any other questions I can help with,
please let me know - I'm happy to help.
Enjoy making magical memories,
Candace
