Louise from BC Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased the Canadian Res tix in early 2020 & they disappeared from the app.The tix have not reappeared and I can't add them using the original code.Iwas told in March 2020 that Disney tickets don’t expire and that why I couldn’t get a refund.

    Hi Louise!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending your Disneyland Resort Ticket question hEAR to us! Louise, I am so, so sorry that you've been holding on to these passes for almost two yEARs. Let's see if we can get you some answers!

Unfortunately, I don't have the proper 'magic mirror' to pull up your account or locate your tickets, but I do have some tips and tricks that should hopefully help you out. At the time of your initial inquiry, Mickey was still trying to work out the details of how Disney was going to handle all kinds of ticket and pass holds and future redemptions; I still have a 2020 California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Sip and Savor pass floating around somewhere with tabs still attached! Initially, the thought was that the historic closure was only going to be a few weeks, not the yEAR plus that it was, so a lot did change regarding some policies. Most, if not all, theme park admission tickets had their expiration dates extended to the end of 2021. And some super special tickets, like the U.S. Military Promotional Offer, had their dates extended to the end of 2022. However, some offers required the guest to speak with a Cast Member to decide what to do next. (Ex: Disneyland After Dark special event tickets.) I think your best option, Louise, would be to re-reach out to the Ticketing Cast Members and ask how you can go about getting these tickets either updated and reissued for future use or to inquire if there are any other options given that these were specially-priced, promotional, international tickets and that there are still a lot of travel restrictions in place.

You can reach the helpful Ticketing Cast Members in a few different ways. First is their phone line, which is (714) 781-4636. You can send an email via this link. And lastly, there's also a messaging feature; in this 'help with tickets' page, look just above the light blue rectangle on the right side of the page and click the 'chat' icon. Helpful hint: the chat feature is best utilized early in the morning as the cast members turn it off later in the day when they've reached the max capacity of questions submitted.

I hope this helped to clEAR up your ticket trouble and plan for some future Disney Days, Louise! And if you have any more Disneyland Resort questions, We're All Ears!
