Hi Jaret, and thank you for asking the planDisney Panel your question!
You’re not alone. Many families had to rearrange their travel plans over the past few years. Hopefully, I can give you some advice to help you reschedule your vacation to the
Happiest Place on Earth.
First, if your ticket was purchased in 2019, I’m relatively sure the ticket has expired. The good news, however, is that Guests can use any wholly unused tickets purchased through the Disneyland Resort website toward the purchase of a new ticket. You will need to
call a Cast Member at (714) 781-4636 to move forward.
As for MaxPass, Disneyland Resort no longer offers this service. Instead, Guests may opt for the
Genie+ service, which grants Guests access to
Lightning Lanes, a perk very similar to the old FastPass service. When speaking to a Cast Member about your expired tickets, I recommend bringing up your MaxPass; they can provide you with more information.
Before I let you go, I want to make you aware of another new service at Disneyland Resort that may not have been available during your last visit:
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. Using the
Disneyland Mobile App, Guests can now use their phones to place food and beverage orders at select dining locations throughout the Disneyland Resort. You can even schedule an order hours in advance and quickly make adjustments to your order if plans change.
Best of luck with rebooking your trip – I hope you have a magical experience at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Happy planning,
Lola
