Welcome to planDisney, Alejandro, we are so happy to have you visiting us today.
Oh no! I’m sorry to hEAR that your wife fractured her foot. I hope she's on her way to recovery. Please don’t worry about a thing, other than her healing right now. On your
eTicket, you should see an expiration date. If you visit before that date you don’t have to worry about switching your tickets. You will just need to
reschedule your theme park reservations for a later date. If you are visiting after the ticket expires then,
Hakuna Matata… it means no worries.
Wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort Theme Park tickets may be applied towards the purchase of a new Theme Park admission
ticket so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So yes, you will be able to plan for a visit at a later date with no additional worries, Alejandro.
I hope this eases your mind and gives your wife plenty of time to recover. Please wish her well from all of us at planDisney. When you’re ready to visit,
let us know, we will be more than happy to provide you with our favorite tips and tricks when visiting the
Disneyland Resort!
