I purchased California resident passes 2/26/20 and we only got to use 1 day of them. I’m trying to schedule another trip but when I enter the ticket numbers (and I’m logged in), it’s saying “these tickets are already linked to an account”. Help!

    Hi Amanda,

Welcome to planDisney, we appreciate you taking the time to send us your question.  I am so happy to hear that you are planning a visit to Disneyland Resort with your existing Theme Park Tickets, you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth before you know it!

It sounds like you have already linked your Theme Park Tickets Amanda.  Since you have done the first step, I suggest trying to make your Theme Park Reservations.  Sometimes guests are unable to see their Theme Park Tickets on the website, but they are still there!  If you have the Disneyland Mobile App, you should be able to see your Theme Park Tickets under Tickets and Passes.

In order to make your Theme Park Reservations, sign into your Disney Account and under the "Parks & Tickets" tab scroll down to "Theme Park Reservation Details".  From there, simply follow the prompts to secure your Theme Park Reservations for your entire party.  If that doesn't work, I suggest calling Ticket Services and a friendly Cast Member will be able to get your Theme Park Tickets properly assigned so that you will be able to make your Theme Park Reservations.

I hope you will be able to get your Theme Park Tickets sorted out soon, Amanda.  If you have any other questions please come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
