Dear Lukas, thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I’m sorry to hear you haven’t been able to secure the dates you’re looking to visit the parks.
Lukas, if you are referring to the
Southern California Resident Weekday Ticket Offer, those tickets expire on May 26, 2022, hence you will not see availability to use them after that. My understanding is that when those tickets were purchased, theme park reservations needed to be made at the same time. Maybe there's a chance you're already holding reservations.
To check if you already have reservations, log in to your
Disneyland account, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, and click on View My Park Reservations. Here you should see any reservations you are currently holding.
I want to mention that while
tickets are nonrefundable, an unused, expired ticket can be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price.
I am hoping that perhaps you are holding reservations without knowing it. If you are not, and are unable to use the tickets in time, you can contact
Ticket Services via phone or through the “Chat with Us” feature in the
Disneyland mobile app, so they can help you apply the value towards the purchase of new tickets. You can also do this at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth.
Sending you a pinch of pixie dust to get your tickets sorted,
Kamini
