Ana from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

If I purchased a CA resident 3-day ticket do I have to make reservations for those 3 days?

    Hiya, Ana!

You are correct. Each Guest of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have valid theme park admission and a theme park reservation. When you first purchased your Southern California Residents 3-Day, Weekday Tickets, you may have already made some reservations. You can check this by visiting the "My Theme Park Reservations" web page. If you need to make additional park reservations, click on the “Book Theme Park Reservation” link and select your tickets and choose available dates.

Tony’s Tip: When making theme park reservations, if the dates you are interested in aren’t shown, you may keep checking the theme park reservation availability calendar. Other Guests occasionally need to change their plans. When they cancel their theme park reservations, they may become available to you!

The Southern California weekday promotional tickets expire on May 26, 2022. Even after they expire, if your tickets are wholly unused, they may be upgraded to new tickets of equal or greater value by visiting a Disneyland Resort ticket booth. But what if your tickets have been partially used and you don’t happen to have a chance to visit the theme parks by May 26? If you want to maximize the value of your tickets, you may upgrade them to a Disneyland Resort Magic Key pass within the Disneyland mobile app. California residents living in ZIP codes 90000-96199 even have the option to pay for Magic Key passes with monthly payments. If you choose to upgrade your tickets to Magic Key passes, be sure to do so by the end of your last day of using the three days of your tickets or by May 26, whichever comes first.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Ana!
