    I purchased Boo Bash tickets....the charge came thru on my credit card....tickets to be mailed to me....got two confirmation numbers (I think she said to link to my account)....1 for adults 1 for kids....never got email confirmation...can't link ????

    I'm so glad to hear that you've purchased tickets to the all-new Disney After Hours Boo Bash! I adore visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during Halloween, with Mickey pumpkins glowing along Main Street, U.S.A., the tastiest fall-themed treats, and all the happy haunts enjoying spooky season. You and your trick-or-treaters are going to have so much fun!

    Let's sort out what's going on with your confirmation numbers so you can link your Boo Bash tickets to your My Disney Experience account. It's my understanding that some goblins got in the system when the ticket sales first began, and they may have slowed down the process for confirmation emails and linked tickets showing up in My Disney Experience. So, I recommend taking a look in your My Disney Experience account to see if those tickets have materialized.

    Have you checked the junk or spam folders in your email? Sometimes the ticketing emails from Walt Disney World end up there, so I would take a quick look. It sounds like you wrote down your confirmation numbers, and you can use them to link the tickets.

    In My Disney Experience, select "Tickets and Passes" to view the tickets currently linked to your account (you'll also see tickets linked to anyone on your Family & Friends list). To add your new tickets, select "Add" and then "Link Tickets & Passes." Then, enter those confirmation numbers. If this doesn't work for you, you will need to speak with a friendly Cast Member at the My Disney Experience help desk; they can be reached by calling (407) 939-4357. Hold times are longer than usual right now with so many Guests excited about vacation planning and returning to the Walt Disney World Resort, but hang in there.
