    I purchased 3 believe magic keys for my family November 16, 2022 and we never received a welcome package. Are there still offered?

    I hope you’ve been enjoying your Magic Keys at the Happiest Place on Earth. November and December are my favorite time at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. I love all of the Christmas decorations throughout the parks and all of the holiday snacks and treats that are available. Now that the holidays are over, you’ll get to experience the Disney100 Celebration at Disneyland Resort. There’s so much in store this year and I hope you are as excited as I am.

    I see that you were expecting to receive a Magic Key welcome package after your purchase. I think the welcome package that you are referring to is the one that was sent to guests who became Magic Key holders within the first 66 days that they went on sale in 2021. This limited-time promotion was in celebration of the 66th anniversary of Disneyland Park. Unfortunately, that promotion is no longer available and welcome packages are no longer being sent out. From time to time Magic Key holders will get complementary items in the parks like a reusable straw you can carry with you or artwork from a Disney movie. Feel free to follow the official Magic Key Instagram page for all the latest announcements.
