    Hi, I purchased a bangle bracelet in April of this year and unfortunately it has broken. I have the receipt and packaging. Will I be able to have it replaced when I return in August of this year?

    I'm sorry to hear that your bracelet is broken. I had a similar situation happen with a pair of sunglasses I purchased this past December. When I vacationed again in March, I was able to exchange the broken ones for an identical, new pair at the same location because I still had the receipt. Hopefully, the same bracelet will be available when you visit next month. If by chance it is no longer available, I anticipate the Cast Member will still help you given you have the receipt and packaging.
