    I purchased an annual passport voucher in 2018, but never activated it. How do I activate it now?

    Hiya Cristol! Welcome to planDisney where we share the enchanted answers to magical questions. I think it is so awesome that you have an Annual Passport voucher from 2018. It is time to put that annual pass to good use.

    Great news! You may contact a Cast Member with Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 or Annual Passholders at (407) 939-7277 to get your 2018 annual pass upgraded and activated to a 2023 annual pass. You may use the value of the unused annual pass towards to purchase of the new annual pass. There are several annual pass options to choose from but not all are available at this time. 

    planDisney Pro Tip: Once you get your annual pass activated head to the Creations Shop at EPCOT to pick up your Dumbo Passholder Magnet. It is adorable and available, while supplies last, until February 20, 2023.
