Robert from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We purchased annual passes through the Vacation Club Membership Magic, and wondered where we get the actual passes.

    Hiya, Robert!

Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney. Oh boy! How exciting that you are enjoying Member Magic Beyond. Robert, as a DVC Member for the last 22 years, this new program might just be one of my new favorite offerings.  With the flexibility of Member Magic Beyond and a Disney Sorcerer Pass, Disney vacations just got even more magical!

Robert, I double-checked with Disney Vacation Club about your question.  They confirmed that your Disney Sorcerer Pass should automatically be linked to your My Disney Experience account electronically.  You should have received a confirmation email once you completed the transaction, but if not, and if you don't see the pass linked to your account My Disney Experience account, I would recommend contacting Disney Vacation Club Member Services.

To check if it is connected, you can go to your My Disney account on your desktop or the app on your phone.   Here's how to check on your desktop:

    1. Visit the Disney World website, and log into your account.
    2. Scroll to the My Disney Experience tab on the far right and scroll to "My MagicBands and Cards."
    3. On the left-hand side, select "Memberships and Passes."

If your passes are already digitally linked, you can see them here. If they are not, you can link your passes here if you have your confirmation email.

To check on the My Disney Experience mobile app, once again you will want to log in to your account and follow these steps:

    1.  On the bottom right-hand corner, select the "hamburger" - or the three horizontal lines that look like this: ☰

    2. Once you select this symbol, you will see a box that says "My Tickets & Passes." Select this box and you should see your pass if it is there. Again, if it is not yet linked, you can link it here.

Some Guests like to have a physical card, though these are not automatically mailed.  But if you would like to have a physical card, I would recommend stopping by Guest Relations when you arrive to the park and they can help you with those options if available.

You can also contact DVC Member Services if you have specific account-related questions about your pass or purchase. They are like Fairy Godparents - all-knowing and with a wave of their wands and a "Bibbidy Bobbidy Boo," they make Disney magic happen for you!

I hope this helps you, Robert! If you have any further Disney planning questions, soar back here to see me and I'll be so happy to help you!

    Enjoy the magic!
