Hi Lori! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question!
Being that you are a
Florida resident, I'm sure you must love only being a hop, skip, and jump away from the magic! Now that you are an
Annual Passholder, I'm sure you have plans to visit Walt Disney World more often this upcoming year!
One of the benefits of purchasing an Annual Pass is it does not activate until your first visit to the parks. If you purchased one recently, you'll have plenty of time to plan for your first visit. Once you do use it, it will be valid for one year from that date. Keep in mind that you have a full calendar year from the date you purchased to activate it. Once that year passes, you'll be able to use the value you paid for your pass toward a future Annual Pass purchase.
Since you are a Florida resident, you should have had a few options to choose from when deciding on an Annual Pass. A few of them come with a lower price tag, but there will be blockout dates to account for during the year. You'll need to plan your visits around these selected times. The
Disney Incredi-Pass is the only option that does not have any restrictions. You'll be free to visit any day of the year if you possess this pass.
Lori, you are in for a magical year at the
Walt Disney World Resort! EPCOT is continuing its modifications and will hopefully be debuting some new areas toward the front of the park soon. Last year they introduced
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and this attraction has quickly become a fan favorite. The Magic Kingdom saw the debut of
TRON Lightcycle / Run recently after a much-anticipated couple of years. This ride is exhilarating and perfect for all thrill seekers.
Congratulations again on becoming an Annual Passholder!
See ya real soon!
