Purchased Annual Passes online about 2 weeks ago. Resident of Canada. 1) In My Disney Experience, should I see a link in the drop down menu for Annual Pass Discounts ?(I was told this when I called this morning.....but I cannot see it). I am able to see

    Hi Richard,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

As a fellow Canadian and Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder, i believe I can be of some assistance to you. With most browsers, when you sign in to your My Disney Experience account after you’ve linked your Annual Pass to your account, you should see “Annual Passholders” in your drop-down menu. That being said, I’ve found that this option sometimes doesn’t show up when I’m using Chrome as opposed to Safari or Firefox, so try that as your first fix.

If you still don’t see the link after changing browsers, then I would recommend contacting Walt Disney World Resort again in order to make sure that your Annual Pass is properly linked to your account and that there isn’t some other technical glitch that is responsible for this issue.

Another great unofficial resource for all things Disney Discounts (including a comprehensive list of the perks and benefits of being an Annual Passholder) is mousesavers.com. Not all of the perks associated with your Annual Pass may be listed on the official website, so it’s always worth checking out!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
