    I purchased annual passes online and got them at the gate. I can't find the passes anywhere now and was wondering if I can get replacement passes mailed to us. i was excited to see what benefits i get but can't now b/c i don't know what they look like :(

    Hi Lindsey!

    Don't worry!  You can call (407)566-4985 which is Disney's Ticket Services.  They will be able to reissue your passes and cancel the previously issued ones.
