    We purchased annual passes last Feb. They came basically as paper tickets and they are already quite worn. My question is: Is it possible to get them in a hard plastic card (like the Disney hotel keys/cards)?

    Hi David!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

    Unfortunately, the official policy is "no".  The only Annual Pass that comes on hard plastic is a Disney Premier Passport, which gives you access to both Walt Disney World and Disneyland.  However, one or two guests have reported being able to get their Annual Pass transferred to a Key to the World card during a visit.  Also, Disney will be happy to issue you a new Annual Pass if your current one is getting too raged.  That said, I know people who have washed their Annual Pass in a washing machine more than once, so they are pretty indestructible.
