I just love my Annual Pass. Make sure to keep it with you at all times. It comes in handy with discounts. If you are unsure if a location accepts the
Annual Pass for a discount, make sure to ask! I especially love the shopping discount, as I may have a slight obsession with all things Disney.
After purchasing your Annual Passes online, you should have received a confirmation email. On this is a barcode, the total amount of your purchase, and shows which credit card you used for the purchase. It also has a ticket confirmation number. This email would have been sent on the same day as you made the purchase.
Go to the email that you have linked with your
My Disney Experience account and double check if it is there. Also check your "spam" in case it got routed into that file. If you simply do not have it, call the Annual Pass phone line at (407)560-7277 and ask if a confirmation can be sent to you.
