I just purchased annual passes for my family of 7 but noticed when I went to customize the magic bands only gives option for 6. My child age 6 only has card linked not band. Don’t see where or how to order that additional magicband. Is this because of his?

Hi, Erin! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and welcome to the Disney Annual Passholder family! Let's get all of your MagicBands linked so you can start planning your magical days at the Walt Disney World Resort!

When you purchased Florida Resident Annual Passes for your family, you should have had the ability to customize and order a MagicBand for each Passholder. Guests under the age of three do not need a ticket or pass to enter the Theme Parks, but since your son is six, you were right to order an Annual Pass for him and he would absolutely be eligible for a MagicBand. When you go into your My Disney Experience account and check "MagicBands and Cards," you should see the option to order a band for him. If you try refreshing the page and still don't see it, I'd give Disney's Guest Services a call and see if a Cast Member can fix the problem for you.

Erin, I'm sure you've checked out all the great Annual Passholder benefits we have access to at Walt Disney World! And have you seen some of the cool exclusive Passholder merchandise and gifts available at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival? You better believe I'll be heading over to get my Daisy Duck magnet when she's available next week!

I hope this helps you sort out the MagicBand issue and start having fun in the Parks, Erin. Wishing you many, many Disney days to come!

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
