Merry Christmas, Juana. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your Magic Key question. As a fellow Magic Key holder, I'm eager to help!
What a lovely gift for your family, Juana! I can think of no better way to spend the year than at the Happiest Place on Earth. Whether you got Imagine Keys or Inspire Keys, unfortunately, all four eligible
Magic Key types are currently blocked from making reservations through the end of the year. You will want to look at the
Magic Key Calendar for your pass type to see which days have available park reservations on non-blockout days. I'm noticing that many dates in the first couple of weeks in January are also booked. However, I always recommend checking the night before a specific date to see if reservations open up as other Guests change their plans. Remember that Magic Key theme park reservations open 90 days in advance, so reservations for holidays and busy times of the year can be completely booked far in advance.
Juana, I know this is not the information you hoped to hear, but you can buy single-day tickets to visit before the new year. I did this recently for my daughter, who has a lower pass type than I do, and we had the best time! You can also check the
Offers & Discounts section of the
Disneyland Resort website to see if any offers can offset the cost.
As you embark on your Magic Key journey, be sure to familiarize yourself with the
Magic Key Portal in the Disneyland Mobile App. It has all of the current information on annual passholder exclusive offers, giveaways, and
available discounts. I also recommend following the
Disneyland Magic Key Instagram account for fun extras and news!
Juana, if you have any other questions, please
visit planDisney again. You can also
call the Magic Key Holders at (714) 781-7277 and speak with a Cast Member. Thanks for stopping by!
Merriest greetings,
Melissa
