Katrina from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Purchased annual passes for my family of four, and when attempting to link tickets to our magicbands from a previous visit realized I have two Disney Experience accounts, with the passes on one and the magicbands on the other. Can these two be merged?

    AHHHHHHH!

Well, butter my biscuit, Katrina! I reckon I got a little carried away there. I’m just so excited that your whole crew is now part of the Annual Passholder posse. Let me tip my hat, take a breath, and start again properly.

Howdy, Katrina! Welcome to planDisney. I’m mighty glad you wandered into our friendly little corner of the frontier. Let’s get you all squared away for your adventure!

Now, every so often, you might have to wrangle and merge profiles on your My Family & Friends list. For that, you’ll want to call up a friendly Cast Member on the App and MagicBand Support line. They’ll help you round everything up so your party is good to go for your soon-to-arrive trip.

Before you go ridin’ off into the parks, there’s one important thing to hitch your wagon to. Once you've purchased your passes, you can immediately make Theme Park Reservations, which Annual Passholders still need for most days. But before tappin' those MagicBands to enter a park, you’ll need to activate those passes. So mosey on over to Guest Relations or a ticket window to get everything activated. You can also swing by the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. That’s where I got mine all set, smooth as a fresh rail line. If you’ve got a Florida resident-exclusive Annual Pass, be ready to show proof of residency. Young’uns under 18 don’t need proof themselves, but they’ll need to be accompanied by an adult who does.

Once all that’s handled, you’ll be ready to ride into a whole year of magic. And let me tell ya, a whole lot is brewin’ out on the horizon. We’re hearin’ rumblings about updates to Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets, set to open this summer. Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin has just rolled back into action after a big refurbishment. And speakin’ of rumblin’ rails, on May 3, 2026, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is set to reopen with some exciting updates.

And that’s just the start of what’s comin’. So much is on the way over the next few years that it’s shaping up to be one rootin’-tootin’ adventure. There will be fast-paced thrills, tropical inspirations, and just a touch of wicked fun along the way!

If you’ve got more questions, don’t be shy. Just holler on back. I’m always happy to help you blaze the trail.

Now go on and enjoy every wild, magical moment out there on the frontier.

This here’s the wildest ride in the wilderness,
    Matt
