I purchased an annual pass as a gift for my family. All I've recieved is a confirmation email with a bar code. Is there anything I can print and wrap as a present?

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michelle!

    What a wonderful gift!

When my husband and I purchase Walt Disney World Annual Passes for our family, we often put together something creative for our kids to open. It's a blast finding different ways of breaking the news that more  Disney fun is in store in the year to come!

For example, our first AP year, I purchased a Tinkerbell backpack for our daughter and a Mickey backpack for our son (their favorites), stuffing them with Disney-themed items they'd need for a flight and stay at the happiest place on Earth. Disney Gift Cards, small bags of Disney fruit snacks, crayons and Disney character coloring books as well as a Walt Disney World Resort Autograph Book plus a clickable pen hinted that we'd be traveling soon to their favorite place in the world.

Over the years, we've also created a simple Word document packed with photos of the resort we'll call home on an upcoming trip, plus dates of stay and any dining reservations we have made. When they were little, we'd also designate one entire day for each of them to pick a favorite park and plan all activities, packing personalized FastPass+ plans and Advanced Dining Reservations into a day of fun.

Several times, we've used Disney Store's Personalization Shop to create T-shirts, sweatshirts or fleeces to announce an upcoming trip to WDW. Names, resort, dates of stay and other details can be added to your design, making a memorable announcement a useful and special keepsake, too.

Have fun planing your first trip, Michelle!

Send questions as you plan, too; we love to help!
