Hiya Ronny!Welcome to planDisney! Welcome as well to the Annual Passholder family! I recently got my first Annual Pass and I am loving all of these Annual Passholder Disney Resort special offers! They were so good that I went ahead and booked a stay so I share your excitement! I was able to use my linked online annual pass to book a discounted room with no problem. I have not technically activated my card yet either! However, I did confirm with two Cast Members that I will have to somehow figure out a way to get my Annual Pass activated and get my actual Annual Passholder card before I can check into the Resort that I had booked with the special Annual Passholder discount. There are two ways that I think both of us can do this. Both methods involve leaving any luggage with Bell Services and heading off for a brief adventure.1. First option: Visit the closest Theme Park and head to the ticket booth to get my pass activated and get my Annual Passholder card. Bonus: Enter the Park and savor the feeling of being an Annual Passholder. Of course, you must make sure to have a Theme Park Reservation in place if you choose this option. 2. Second option which also sounds fun is to visit Disney Springs and head to Guest Relations. Then stop for a treat or a lovely dinner. Bonus tip: My family loves the loaded waffles at Marketplace Snacks and they are large enough to share! (If you want to!)I hope this helps as I do know it has helped prepare me for my next steps. I hope you have a wonderful year as a passholder in the Parks and enjoy every minute! Let me know if you have any more questions!Happy Planning!-Nimmy
