Hey there, Anthony! Welcome to planDisney and welcome to the Passholder family! I'm so glad you've stopped by with your question. I just love chatting Disney with a fellow Annual Passholder!
Anthony, are you already
loving being a
Walt Disney World Passholder?! For me, knowing that I can simply make Theme Park Reservations and head to my happy place on a whim brings joy and magic to my everyday life. I'm so excited that you are experiencing this same joy and magic, and I'm more than happy to answer your question today.
I think you will happy to hear that if you booked a
Walt Disney World Vacation Package, including your Disney Resorts Collection hotel room and theme park tickets, you can cancel your vacation without penalty as long as it is more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you are within 2-30 days of your arrival date, you will simply forfeit your $200 deposit as a cancelation fee (prices are subject to change). If you are within a day of arrival, no refunds will be given. Because of this, I recommend canceling your Vacation Package on your
My Disney Experience account as soon as possible.
Just be aware that tickets purchased separately from a Vacation Package are non-refundable, so if you happened to book your room and tickets separately, while the room-only reservation can be canceled without penalty up to five days before arrival, the tickets are non-refundable.
When you're ready to book your next magical adventure as a Passholder, I recommend starting your search on the
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page on the Walt Disney World website for the latest and greatest Annual Passholder discounts on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels. This is, by far, my favorite money-saving Passholder perk. Get ready to unlock some serious Passholder pixie dust!
I hope this was helpful, Anthony, and I'm wishing you a year full of fun and magical memories! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have. You've got a friend in me!
Adventure is out there!
