    I purchased too for animal kingdom but really wanted magic kingdom and park is full that day is there anyway I can change it at the gate if another family fails to show up?

    You are two short days away from a "wild" time at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. As part of The World's Most Magical Celebration, look for the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make the perfect selfie background. If you look to the right of the Tree of Life you can find Simba.

    As I type this, I took a quick look at the availability calendar for July 27th. Magic Kingdom Park is not available and I would not be a betting person on a change of status. However, you can continue to check the calendar in case of any changes. In fact, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park currently does not have openings for new reservations. Personally, I recommend you hold on to your Disney Park Pass Reservation. If your heart is set on visiting Magic Kingdom Park, I recommend you stop by a ticket booth located outside of the gates before you scan your Theme Park Tickets and upgrade your ticket with the Park Hoppper® Option. At 2:00 PM, you can board a Walt Disney World Bus to transfer to Magic Kingdom Park.

    Did you know on the day of your visit is the debut of the all-new interactive MagicBand+? These new bands will interact with Disney Fab 50 Character Collection sculptures and the nighttime spectaculars Disney Enchantment and Harmonious.
