    I purchased an Alex and Ani bracelet from World of Disney store in April 2017. One of the stones in the Mickey head just fell out. Can I get it replaced. I do have the original box but not the receipt.

    I am sorry you have had trouble with your Alex and Ani bracelet. Normally, the return policy at Walt Disney World is 30 days, but you can call Walt Disney World Merchandise Guest Services at (877)560-6477. A friendly Cast Member can assist you. I am not sure what they will be able to offer you, but give them a call to see what they have to say.

    I hope you had a wonderful Spring vacation in Walt Disney World! I love the season, especially in Epcot for the International Flower and Garden Festival. It is so nice to see all the beautiful flowers, displays, and garden presentations. It actually inspires me to want to work in my yard when I get home. Actually, it inspires me to give hints to my husband to do some work in the yard!
