Hi Michelle,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am happy to hear that you have purchased
Memory Maker!
As long as Memory Maker and your MagicBands are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should be all set to go! You should be able to see your Memory Maker linked in My Disney Experience under "My Plans." There are tabs for "Daily Itinerary" and "Tickets and Memory Maker." If you still need to link your MagicBands to your My Disney Experience account, click on the link that says "My MagicBands and Cards." Then click on "Link" to link your MagicBands.
My family loves Memory Maker. On one trip, we had over 200 photos including our attraction photos. The videos are priceless - our favorite has to be the video from The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™. Be sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and then check to make sure your photos are uploading while you are in the parks. If you notice missing photos, find a
PhotoPass service location in the parks and a cast member can help you locate the photos as long as you can remember the general location where the photo was taken and the time. If you get home and notice missing photos, you can also call to speak to a PhotoPass cast member at 407-560-4300.
Michelle, although anyone in your party should be able to scan her or his MagicBand after you take the photo to connect that photo to your My Disney Experience Account, I always scan my MagicBand since I am the person who manages all plans in My Disney Experience. Enjoy the memories - we have laughed at so many photos after we returned home!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
