I purchased adult tickets for two children in the party is that going to create a problem during our trip?

Hey there, Kristina! Thanks so much for dropping by planDisney with your ticket question.

Oh boy! I'm sorry to hear that it seems there was a mix-up when you purchased your tickets and got adult tickets for two children. Thankfully, besides spending a little extra, all is well and you will be able to get those Mouseketeers into the parks without any issue.

Your next step now would be to make sure each ticket has theme park ticket reservations confirmed as well. Currently, all tickets must also have reservations for the days and parks you wish to use them. Hopefully, you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website and you already got that confirmed after check out.

After that, you can start making advanced dining reservations 60 days out. If you have younger Mousketeers who enjoy seeing their favorite characters up close, you might want to look into one of the character dining experiences. My favorite is Goofy's Kitchen! I enjoyed it recently, and without kiddos, for breakfast. The energy was high and it was fun getting to see Goofy and friends dance by our table. I was actually also very impressed with the buffet selection, and yes it includes Mickey waffles! If you don't plan dining reservations in advance, that's okay. Some dining locations have a walk-up list you can join via the Disneyland app. I've used it plenty of times to enjoy a family meal at Lamplight Lounge or grab drinks at Oga's Cantina.

Kristina, I hope this gets you one step closer to finalizing all your plans for your upcoming visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! You know where to find us if you have any other questions!
