Welcome to planDisney, Sheila!
Can you believe that your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is fast approaching? You and your family are going to have the most wonderful time. I'm sure you're heart is singing with Princess Tiana, "I'm almost there!"
This is a good question, Sheila. The first thing I would do is make sure you have a
My Disney Experience account. Once you've done that, you can
easily link your Theme Park tickets, hotel reservations, dining plans, etc. From there, I would invite the other adults in your party to
link their plans. Once all the adults have one another on their My Family & Friends list, you can focus on those Mousketeers. You can create an account in My Disney Experience for children and link their Theme Park tickets. What I would say is that
you're going to want the adult responsible for them and who plans on managing their tickets to be the one who creates their account.
Here's what they'll need to do: visit the
Walt Disney World website through your internet browser. Select the My Family & Friends option from the down-down menu on the My Disney Experience tab. Select the "Add a Guest" option and then select "I'll enter their name and age." Once you've added the child, you can then assign their ticket to them and manage their plans.
Maybe your grandkids already have an account set up through your My Disney Experience account. Hakuna Matata! You're actually able to share their plans with another adult family member and give them access. If you go to the Family & Friends page, choose "Add a Guest" and then choose "Find through Connected Guests (if you don't have a Disney Resort hotel reservation). If you do have a hotel reservation, then the adults in your part can link plans with the children via the reservation number.
I hope that's helpful, Sheila! Make sure you introduce those kiddos to the
Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom Park!
Have a magical vacation!
Mike
