I purchased 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket for a June visit - I also have my reservation day for A June date - What if I can’t go on that date? Do I lose my money or can I reschedule a different date for bot tickets and reservations ?

    Hello, Margarita!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by to ask us your Disneyland Resort question. I’m so glad to hear that a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is in the works for you and your family!

Your existing theme park reservation can’t be modified, but you can cancel it and book a new one by logging into your account on Disneyland.com and visiting “My Theme Park Reservations.” You can also make changes on the home screen of the Disneyland mobile app by selecting “Manage or Make Reservations” under “Park Reservations.” Be sure to check on the availability of reservations for your new date and/or theme park before cancelling your first reservation. If for some reason you’re unable to travel before the expiration date on your theme park tickets, don’t worry! You can use the amount you paid originally as credit toward new tickets at the current price.

I hope this answers your question, Margarita, and that you’re able to secure the reservation date you want for your magical vacation. Please send us any other questions you may have as your pixie-dusted trip approaches.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
