I purchased 4 adult tickets and 1 child. I accidentally put an adult’s name on the child’s ticket and viceversa. Do i have to change this before arriving to the gate?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Sandra!

Welcome to planDisney! We are SO excited you stopped by, and we are THRILLED to answer your question regarding your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! It looks like you will be visiting the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH in a few days...WOO HOO! We know you are going to have the most TIGGER-ific time!

So, are you ready for some MAGICAL news?! I am very happy to inform you that you do not need to change the names on your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets before you arrive at the Disneyland Resort! When the BIG DAY comes to visit one of the Disneyland Theme Parks, a Cast Member will take a picture of each person using a specific Disneyland Theme Park Ticket. From there, the ticket will be assigned to the person on the picture, not to the name on the ticket. Now, you can just relax and count down the days to your MAGICAL getaway! Don't you just love happy endings?!

I hope this information helps you in your planning process! As Mickey Mouse and his pals release more information about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and make sure you subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are just a question away!

    See Ya Real Soon!
