Hi Lissed! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
While dates and parks can fill up, especially during popular times of the year, I checked on this for you, and there are currently
reservations available for both parks on your preferred date. It's possible something has changed since you last checked, as availability opens up when people's plans change. But I wonder if you don't already have reservations: If you bought your
admission tickets recently from Disneyland Resort, you already selected your
theme park reservations when completing the transaction. I'd suggest
checking if you're already ready to go with valid admission tickets and theme park reservations.
If you still need to make your reservations, I can walk you through how to do that. First, log into your Disneyland Resort account. If you haven't
linked your tickets yet, do so now. You should find the information you need in your confirmation e-mail. Once your tickets are all successfully linked, you can book your theme park reservations. If you're staying in a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you'll want to click "Retrieve Hotel Reservations," otherwise, click "Book Theme Park Reservation" on the
My Reservations page. Then, you'll select which tickets you'd like to make theme park reservations for. Next, you'll select the date and park where you'd like to make your reservation. If your tickets are
Park Hopper tickets, you'll be choosing which park you'd like to start your day in. Parks and dates are subject to availability. Finally, you'll review and confirm your reservation. You should then receive an e-mail confirming your reservation.
You're going at my favorite time of year:
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort! I know you're going to have the absolute best time. As you anticipate your trip, check out the
Disney Parks Blog, the official source for all your news about the parks from festive merchandise to entertainment! Disney Eats has posted a
preview of what yumminess is coming to the parks this year, and that Shareable Loaded Torta is calling my name. Follow
Disney Eats for the full foodie guide, which should be coming soon. With these resources, you can have your must-do and must-eat list ready to go before you arrive. I'd be sure to put the holiday overlays on select attractions at the top of your list. My favorite is "it's a small world" Holiday in Fantasyland, which also happens to be a great spot to watch the special nighttime entertainment with projections.
Have a magical day.
