I am so sorry to hear that you have not yet been able to use your Theme Park Tickets, as an international guest myself I have been patiently waiting to get back to the "Happiest Place on Earth", hopefully we will both be able to enjoy some Disney Magic soon!
Due to the temporary closure of
Disneyland Resort, most Theme Park Tickets have been given an extension to their expiry dates with the new expiry being December 16, 2021. I suggest re-linking your Theme Park Tickets to your Disney Account using the
Disneyland Mobile App, in order to see the updated expiry date. If the expiry date is not what you expect, you may need to call and speak with a Cast Member who should be able to help with your Theme Park Tickets in real time.
As the new expiry date is fast approaching, if you are unable to visit Disneyland Resort prior to that date, don't worry, Tina. You will be able to use the value of your wholly unused Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Admission when the time comes for you to travel again.
