Hey there, hi there, Elizabeth! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney!
I couldn't be more excited to see that the magic is calling you and you are answering the call by planning your next magical adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth. And without the kiddos?! Woohoo! Get ready to
love the grown-up side of
Walt Disney World Resort, Elizabeth. Don't get me wrong ... I cherish our family Disney vacations. But it is a completely different and equally incredible pixie-dusted experience without the kiddos. Now, let's get this planning party started!
Typically, 7-Day
Theme Park Tickets expire ten days after their selected start date. While the value of expired unused tickets may be applied to a future ticket purchase, unfortunately, since you have used some days of the ticket, that ticket can no longer be used and retains no value to be used on your upcoming adventure. But Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." I'd love to share my favorite ways to save money on theme park tickets!
First, I suggest always keeping a close eye on the
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page on the Walt Disney World website for the latest and greatest ways to save some major moola on rooms and vacation packages, which include your room and tickets. After I find my favorite deal, I love to purchase discounted Disney Gift Cards from my local retailer (in my neck of the woods, it's Sam's Club) to pay for my tickets or vacation package. It's such an easy way to save some magical money!
Just be aware that you can only use one Disney Gift Card per transaction, so my best advice is to combine your Gift Cards into one card for up to $1000 on the Disney Gift Card website. Now, you'll have more money for snacks and cocktails (the Lavender Fog and House-made Truffle Fries at
Enchanted Rose are a must-try)!
While this likely wasn't the answer you were hoping for, I hope it was at least helpful! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have along the way. You've got a friend in me, Elizabeth!
See ya real soon,
Mandy
