I purchased admission to access to 2 parks ... how do I reserve ?

    Welcome to planDisney, Nicole!

Before you know it, you'll be arriving at Walt Disney World Resort –– I bet the excitement is really starting to set in for you!  What's the first thing you're planning to do during your visit?  If I have my way, I always want to head straight to Aloha Isle at Magic Kingdom Park for a Pineapple DOLE Whip. After that, I'm ready to jump on Pirates of the Caribbean for my first ride of the day.  Building these little traditions and the memories that go along with them –– even if they're silly or random –– is one of my parts about visiting Walt Disney World Resort.  I'm so excited that you and your family will be building your own Disney traditions and memories in just a few weeks!

I'm not sure if you've purchased 2-day single-park admission or if you've added the Park Hopper option, which allows you to visit multiple parks each day, but I'm happy to share details about making Disney Park Pass reservations for both ticket types.  If your ticket allows you to enter one park per day, you'll need to make Disney Park Pass reservations for each day that you plan to visit a Walt Disney World theme park –– I think the easiest way to do this is by using the My Disney Experience mobile app. Here's what you'll need to do:

    1. Be sure that your device is running the latest version of the My Disney Experience app and then sign in using your Disney Account credentials.
    2. Tap the "+" sign at the bottom of the screen and select "Make a Park Reservation" from the menu.
    3. Under "Theme Park Reservations" select the blue "Theme Park Tickets" button.
    4. Choose the party members you'll be making reservations for and tap "Continue".
    5. Select your date and theme park choice, then follow the onscreen prompts to continue booking your reservation.
(*If you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel during your stay, be sure to select the reservation option that says "Book Park Reservation for Hotel Guest".  This is a special reservation pool for Disney Resort Guests and may have more availability than other categories.)

After you've completed your first reservation, you can repeat the same process to book additional Disney Park Pass reservations.  If your tickets include the Park Hopper option, you'll only need to book a theme park reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day.  After you've entered that park, you'll be able to hop over to any of the other three theme parks beginning at 2 PM without making another reservation (subject to capacity restrictions).  If you'd like to make sure the park you plan to visit hasn't reached capacity, you can call the Walt Disney World Park Hopping hotline at (407) 560-5000 right before you're ready to head to the next park.

Thanks for visiting planDisney, Nicole.  If you think of more planning questions before you arrive, I hope you'll stop back by –– we're always happy to help!
