Hi, I purchased accidentally 2 tickets for kids instead adults. What can I do to upgrade the tickets? I did not make the reservations. Please help me!

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Luisa!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and it is such an honor and privilege to answer your question and help you plan for your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort. We are THRILLED to be on your PLANNING TEAM!

I am so sorry you accidently purchased Ages 3-9 Disneyland Theme Park Tickets instead of Ages 10+ tickets. I want to let you know that the only way to upgrade your tickets is to visit a Disneyland Theme Park Ticket Booth in person. Unfortunately, Guests are not able to upgrade their tickets over the phone or through their My Disneyland Account.

From the arrival date you gave us, you will be visiting the Disneyland Resort at a very busy time of the year. My fear is that if you wait until you arrive, you will not be able to make a Disneyland Theme Park Reservation. My recommendation would be to go ahead and purchase two Ages 10+ theme park tickets and ensure you have theme park reservations. The great thing is that you can use apply the amount you paid for your Ages 3-9 tickets for another trip to the Disneyland Resort. You COULD wait...I just don't want you all to be disappointed if reservations are full.

I hope this information is helpful to you, or at least gives you another option to think about moving forward. If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
