I'm so, so sorry to hear that you've purchased Theme Park tickets for the wrong Resort! This is a very common occurrence, unfortunately. While the
Disneyland Resort and the
Walt Disney World Resort both fall into the Disney Parks category, they are still operated by completely different teams.
Rodolfo, I regret to tell you that tickets and packages purchased for the Walt Disney World Resort are
nontransferable and nonrefundable. This means that there's no way for you to cancel or get a refund for a ticket or package, but the good news is that you can use the unexpired tickets as credit for new tickets in the future!
I understand that this is not what you were expecting to hear, my friend. However, you could always
speak to a Cast Member at (407) 934-7639 to see if there's anything that can be done for you at all. I truly am sorry that you're going through this, and I hope that you're able to make it to the Disneyland Resort very, very soon, but if you don't... why not take this opportunity to pay us a visit here at the Walt Disney World Resort?
