Ahoy there, Cherisse!
Thank you so much for sailing by planDisney with your question about internet packages. It sounds like your countdown is almost over, and soon you’ll be trading those Garden State views for the sparkling blue waters of the high seas — how exciting! You’re in for such a magical voyage filled with sunshine, sea breezes, and plenty of pixie dust.
Now, let’s dive right into your question! Once you’re on board, you’ll be able to connect to the ship’s Wi-Fi by selecting the “DCL-GUEST” network. From there, you can access the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app — your best first mate for all things onboard. In the app, you’ll find information about daily activities, entertainment schedules, restaurant menus, table assignments, and even a chat feature so you can stay in touch with your crew (or new friends you meet along the way).
In the Navigator app, you can select and purchase an onboard
internet package. When it comes to internet access, there are two packages available to keep you connected at sea. The first is the Internet Package. This is perfect for checking emails, browsing the web, and sharing your favorite photos from
Castaway Cay or
Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
The second is the
Internet + Streaming Package: Includes everything above, plus faster speeds and full streaming access — ideal if you plan to watch your favorite Disney movies or video chat with friends back home.
Pro tip: I recommend setting up your connection soon after boarding, so you’re ready to capture and share all those magical moments from the very start of your voyage!
Cherisse, I hope this helps you stay connected to the world while still feeling worlds away. Wishing you smooth sailing and unforgettable sunsets. If you have any more questions, feel free to visit us again.
See you real soon,
Christina
