Welcome to planDisney, Gloria. It's my pleasure to answer your question today. It sounds like you're bringing one of the littlest Disney fans to Walt Disney World. Our youngest was just six months on their first visit, so I hope I can help with some baby and toddler hacks at Walt Disney World.
On our last trip, we found whole milk readily available to purchase at the Screen Door General Store, which is located on
Disney's BoardWalk. This was our nearest store, but I'm confident that most Resorts will have similar amenities available. Alternatively, you can always place a food order for delivery to your Disney Resort hotel. Bell Service will gladly accept grocery deliveries if your order does not require an adult signature. You can pick up your delivery when you arrive, or for a small fee, Bell Services will deliver your package to your room.
I have reached out to a Cast Member, but unfortunately, they cannot confirm the temperature of the in-room fridge without knowing in which Disney Resort hotel you are staying. You can always call the Front Desk to confirm. In my experience, the mini-fridge is cool enough for dairy products. If you find that your mini fridge is not as cold as you need it to be, please feel free to contact the front desk of your Resort Hotel so they can help you find a solution that meets your needs.
The
Baby Care Centers in each of the Parks are a little calm oasis. The one in Magic Kingdom Park is particularly pretty and welcoming. If you feel like you, or your baby, need some time out, I highly recommend heading to these. The Baby Care Centers have refrigerators, and I have always found the Cast Members super accommodating. They also have private nursing rooms and multiple changing stations with lots of space - I noticed Cast Members cleaning down stations after each use.
I'm sure your little one will be mesmerised by the magical sights and sounds of Walt Disney World. If you're ready to get back into the thrill of things,
Rider Switch means that no one has to miss out. Please ensure you take all the pictures and soak in the memories; I can not tell you how much my kiddos grow and change with each trip.
Finally, my super knowledgeable fellow panelists, Nimmy and Lauren, have released a video focused on
little ones at Walt Disney World. Please check it out! Gloria, have a magical time.
