Hi! If we purchase the Water Park & Sports option (4 day pass) do you need to go to the water parks on the same day that you go to a theme park? Or is it like separate admission and you can use it whenever? (Within the time span of the tickets)

Hey, Heather, and welcome to planDisney. In just a few months you will leave the first sprinklings of winter snow and head south below the 40th parallel to "The Most Magical Place on Earth." From Mickey and Minnie to Chewbacca and Kylo Ren I see much fun and adventure in your future.

When you purchase a Standard Theme Park Ticket you will have a range of valid use dates. Your arrival date is October 3, 2023, and your 4-Day Ticket gives you until October 9, 2023, to use all four theme park days. You also receive four entrances with your Water Parks and Sports Option to be used during the same use period. Here are the Water Parks and other locations to choose from:

    • Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
    • Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park (Currently Unavailable)
    • ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex
    • Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course
    • FootGolf at Disney's Oak Trail
    • Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (one round; prior to 4:00 PM)
    • Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (one round; prior to 4:00 PM)
These four entrances do not need to be used on the same day as you visit the theme parks and you may visit more than one per day or revisit a location. You will also have until October 9, 2023, to use them so you could do four days in the theme parks and 3 additional non-theme park days at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or another accepted venue. Did you feel that? Your trip just got a bit more magical.

planDisney Pro Tip: When we have a short trip and want to incorporate the Water Parks, we schedule a character breakfast, head to the water park, and then finish the night in the theme parks. It is an epic day.

Heather, thank you for reaching out to planDisney. I hope this information helps you plan your days and theme park reservations. Please reach out to me directly with any follow-up questions.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
