Can I purchase travel protection for a room-only reservation?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elisa! I’m glad to hEAR about your plans to return to Walt Disney World Resort. Protecting a valuable investment like a vacation is always worthwhile. I never fail to grab travel insurance for a large vacation like a cruise or international vacation.

You can absolutely purchase a Travel Protection Plan for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. You can get the help you need by contacting the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639. A friendly Cast Member will guide you through your choices. Should you be flying into MCO, they may also offer the option to purchase flights, and you can choose to protect those, as well. Of course, you can add to your vacation plans all the way up until you depart, and even then, you can search the My Disney Experience mobile app for new dining reservations or to shift your FastPass+ reservations. The options are endless!

If I can help you check the Special Offers page for discounts or specials that may apply to your vacation, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
