Do you have to purchase tickets for 2 year olds? If so how much?

    Hi there, Monica!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Thanks for stopping by with your question.

I'm happy to report that children under the age of 3 are not charged theme park admission as they are considered Guests of Mickey Mouse. Since your 2-year-old will not need a theme park ticket, you'll be unable to book FastPass+ selections for him/her. Simply let the Cast Member know at the entrance of the attraction that your little one is under the age of 3. During your FastPass+ window, your 2-year-old will be able to enter the FastPass+ entrance with you as long as he/she meets the minimum height requirement for that specific attraction. You'll be amazed at just how many attractions and entertainment options your little one will be able to experience at the Walt Disney World Resort.

I highly recommend bringing a stroller for your 2-year-old since the amount of walking can be quite substantial. Stroller rentals are available at the theme parks and Disney Springs. If you don't end up bringing a stroller from home, but prefer to have access to one throughout your entire vacation, you may want to consider renting from one of the Disney Featured Providers. When renting at the theme parks, Guests must return the strollers before leaving the park. When traveling with little ones, I've always found it to be extremely helpful to have a stroller throughout our entire vacation.

I hope this information has been helpful, Monica. Let us know if you have any new questions as you continue to plan a magical trip!
