I purchase tickets for my upcoming trip on March 12 and the cards have not yet come? What should I do?

Hi, Tara! Welcome to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation countdown has officially reached single digits! How exciting is that? I bet you can't wait to walk up to the entrance and tap that Mickey head to start the fun!

Now, let's see...it sounds like your plans are coming together. All we need are your tickets. I'm so glad you bought them ahead of time. That makes it so much easier! If you purchased your tickets online from the Walt Disney World website, you should have received an email with a confirmation number. As long as you have that email, all is well! You can print it out and stop by a Guest Relations location at any of the Theme Parks or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to pick up your Admission Cards (the fancy name for your tickets). You'll then use the cards to enter the Theme Parks for each day of your vacation. Easy-peasy!

Tara, if you haven't already, I suggest you download the My Disney Experience app to your phone and link your tickets there. Here's how you do that:

    - Open the app and sign in to your account.
    - Click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen.
    - Click on "Tickets and Passes," then on the blue dot with the white "+" sign at the top right.
    - Go to "Link Tickets & Passes" and follow the prompts to enter your confirmation number.
    - Assign each ticket to a member of your party.

You should then see your tickets on the "Tickets and Passes" screen. And remember, you'll need to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the Theme Park you plan to visit each day.

If you have an iPhone, now you can even use your device to enter the Theme Parks with Disney's brand new MagicMobile service! You'll find all the info about Disney MagicMobile service right here on the Disney Parks Blog. But no worries, Tara. You can still just use Admission Cards if you prefer.

I hope this helps you have a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Tara. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
