Hey there, Pauline. Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney with your question.
October and into November is such a great time to visit Walt Disney World, I know you are going to have a great time. However, Walt Disney World knows that especially with everything going on right now plans can change at any time during the planning process of your vacation. The tickets that you purchased with a specific date in mind should be able to be changed. To do this, log into your
MyDisneyExperience account on a computer or on the app. Visit the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section of the website and click on "Tickets & Memory Maker". This will show you all of your tickets that you have linked to your account. There should be a button that says "Change Ticket" if it's allowable. From there you should be able to change your ticket type or dates. Once you have everything squared away, you'll then proceed to check out. Because different days cost different amounts of money, you may need to pay the additional if that's the case. If doing it yourself online doesn't interest you, you can also call the existing tickets help hotline at (407)566-4985 and a Cast Member will be able to assist you with changing your tickets.
If you do decide to change your park ticket days, keep in mind you'll still need to make a
park pass reservation to visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Before switching your days, I'd keep an eye on the
park availability calendar to make sure you are able to visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks that you have your heart set on. Some days, like close to holidays or school vacations, tend to fill up quicker than others so you'll want to make sure you are paying attention to that. Once you have your new tickets, if you end up changing days, you'll want to link those to your MyDisneyExperience account and make those park pass reservations right away. Keep in mind that even if some of the parks are full on the availability calendar, you could always park hop there later in the day. Park hopping now starts at 2:00 p.m. and lasts until park closing. That gives you plenty of time to check out the Walt Disney World Theme Park you really wanted to go to each day.
Pauline, I hope you are able to change the dates of your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets with no trouble at all. If you have any other questions before your trip,
I'd love to help. Have fun!
