While I am not sure why you’re unable to add your friend’s name to the ticket, I can assure you that there is no need to worry. Theme park tickets are not officially assigned to an individual until they enter the park, so you’re good to go!

Tickets support line at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member about adding their name to the ticket. Be sure to have the ticket number handy!
