Hi Donna,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here at planDisney with your question. I am so happy to see you are planning a visit to Disneyland Resort this summer, I am sure you will make some wonderful memories with your family!
When you purchase your
Theme Park Tickets online you will be given the option to make your
Theme Park Reservations at the same time. Once your purchase is confirmed your Theme Park Reservations should be available for you to see in your Disney Account. Guests are now required to have both a Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation for every day you wish to enter a Theme Park, so if you have purchased your Theme Park Tickets and made a Theme Park Reservation you will be able to enter either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park on the date you chose for your Theme Park Reservation. No matter what time you arrive at Disneyland Resort, if you have a valid Theme Park Ticket and a Theme Park Reservation that you can see in your Disney Account, you will be able to enter the Theme Park upon opening.
If you have purchased your Theme Park Tickets somewhere other than using the Disneyland Resort website, you will need to link your Theme Park Tickets to your
Disney Account and make Theme Park Reservations. Prior to purchasing your Theme Park Tickets I suggest looking at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure your preferred dates are still available.
If it would help put your mind at rest you could call
Ticket Services, and confirm with a Cast Member that everything is all set for your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort. They will be able to access the system to see what Theme Park Tickets you have purchased and if you have made Theme Park Reservations.
I hope you have a magical time at Disneyland Resort in a few weeks, Donna. Please feel free to come back to planDisney with any other questions you may have, we are always happy to help.
