    If I purchase tickets online and select will call pick-up, can I pick the tickets up from the hotel concierge? If not, can I purchase tickets directly from the hotel concierge?

    Hi there Erin and thanks so much for the great question regarding your Walt Disney World tickets!  I am happy to be the bearer of good news today! You will definitely be able to pick up your will call tickets at any Walt Disney World Resort hotel concierge desk in addition to all Guest Services locations, any Ticket Sales window, and you can even retrieve them at any automated self-service ticket kiosk!

    I just love the fact that Disney makes so many options available to guests!  Being able to take advantage of the Will Call option not only saves on shipping, but also ensures that you won't misplace any tickets prior to your trip because they'll be waiting for you...safe and sound... when you arrive!  It's like having  a little bit of pixie dust sprinkled on your magical vacation!
