Hi Jamie, and welcome to planDisney.
It sounds like you're planning a
holiday visit to the Disneyland Resort! Did you see the
recent Disney Parks Blog Post about seasonal traditions returning, beginning November 12, 2021? Seeing the snow on Sleeping Beauty's Winter Castle and enjoying diverse food and celebrations at Disney California Adventure Park's
Disney Festival of Holidays sounds perfectly merry and magical.
Tickets to Disneyland Resort are non-refundable. However, if you would like to postpone your visit, you should be able to
apply the value of your valid, unused tickets to a future date, as long as the ticket value is equal to or higher than that of your existing tickets. You may reach out to a Cast Member on the
Disneyland Ticketing Team at (714) 781-4636 to find out how that works so you can buy the best ticket for your plans.
You can keep up-to-date with current health and safety protocols and guidance on the
Returning to a Land of Magic webpage and by reading the
Disney Parks Blog. I do want to ensure that you are aware that the current guidance states that the State of California strongly recommends that Guests be fully vaccinated or receive a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering Disneyland Resort, and also that face coverings are required for all Guests indoors, regardless of vaccination status. I recommend checking the guidance as your visit gets closer to be sure you have the current information.
Thank you for stopping by, and please come back and see us if you have any further questions. Have a very happy holiday visit to Disneyland Resort!
Wishing you much magic,
Robyn
