Hi Toby,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is by far my favorite party at the Walt Disney World Resort. I'm so excited you're planning to attend!
Announcements haven't been made for this year but in the past
Cinderella's Royal Table,
The Crystal Palace, and
Be Our Guest Restaurant have been open during the party. Only guests with tickets for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be able to make dining reservations for these three restaurants during party hours. You said you will be using a Disney Dining Plan but I encourage you to carefully consider your dining plans for a party evening. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party typically runs from 7 P.M. until 12 midnight. Five hours sounds like a lot of time but there is so much to do, see, and experience during the party. You may consider eating before the party or planning for a Quick-Service meal to maximize your time at the party.
Whatever you decide, please don't miss Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade. The Gravediggers from the
Haunted Mansion are the absolute best! I adore the music so much it's the ringtone for my phone in October! Plus, before I forget, leave plenty of room in your suitcase for the treats you can collect from the Trick or Treat trails.
Toby, thank you for visiting us with another great question. I hope you'll let us know if we can help you with any other planning questions!
Wishing you a magical, spooktacular vacation,
Amy H.
