Hello! I have purchase 3 tickets for the Mickey's Not-So-Scary Party for a wrong date, it is possible to change them? Tickets are for Oct 13th but we are arriving on Oct 14th

Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You and your guests are visiting during a most MAGICAL time of year.  The sights are BOOtiful and the sounds are SPOOKtacular!  One of the great things that I love about Disney is that they really take the time and effort to transform their theme parks to fit anytime of the year.  They love what they do and are MAGICAL with what they do.

This is a great question and one better left to the experts when it comes to ticket exchanges.  The only concern is if any tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for October 14th remain.  Now please note that when you purchased your tickets there was a "non-transferable/non-refundable" clause. However, let's see what a Disney Cast Member can do for you.  Please call (407)939-5277 and a Cast Member will gladly help you.

Diane's Tip of the Day:  If you are needing to do some shopping for some great Disney merchandise, then download the Shop Disney Parks App.  This app offers so much and it can all be done on your mobile device.  Shopping has never been so easy!

Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"
