If we purchase tickets only for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, what time can we enter the park?

    Hi there, Aileen!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for stopping by with your question about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!  Your vacation must be coming up soon since you are planning on attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party…WAHOO!!  I am so excited for you to experience this oh-so-fun and festive party!

Since the party has been known to sell out, I recommend securing your special event ticket sooner than later to guarantee your spot!  Your special event ticket to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will grant you admission to Magic Kingdom Park beginning at 4:00PM on the day of the party.  You do not need an additional theme park admission ticket unless you plan on arriving at Magic Kingdom Park earlier in the day.  While you are allowed to enter the theme park as early as 4:00PM, the actual party does not start until that evening, after the theme park has closed to Guests not in attendance of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!

Unfortunately, my own travel plans don’t give me the chance to experience this event this year, I have heard from fellow panelist, Kristen N., to be on the lookout for the extra yummy (and extra-large) snowman pretzel!

Wishing you the most magical and festive visit, Aileen!
